·       Teamed with the company’s professional services leadership to produce custom project management guidelines, and templates for required deliverables and work products covering the entire project life-cycle.

 

·       Worked with the company’s CFO, professional services leadership and CEO to define and implement new time reporting practices and tools.  Significantly improved budgetary monitoring and control at project and individual levels.‏

 

·       Worked with the company’s support group and CEO to review existing support agreements and infrastructure, and define standardized support packages, SLAs and pricing.  Also defined a standard 24*7 support process and tools.‏

Medium-sized international Systems Integration and Management Consulting company

 

·       Led the process of updating company vision and business model / framework; assessing trends, external forces and their impact; identifying change initiatives; and prioritizing and determining actions to follow.  The key part of this process was a 2.5-day annual management meeting including 16 people based out of 4 different offices.  The outcome included increased alignment and communication amongst members of the management team; succinct documentation of process inputs and results; and an action plan with clear milestones and responsibilities.

 

·       Currently acting as an interim CMO, responsible for the implementation of the Marketing-related initiatives identified during the previous stage.  This includes a focus on areas such as significantly enhanced collateral, lead generation activities, and devising an approach for leveraging social media.‏
